HandsUp SumUp:
The bill says that its wrong to stop someone breastfeeding their child (as long as the baby is under two and they are somewhere the child would normally be allowed) in public. If you do stop someone from breastfeeding then you can be fined. Employers are responsible for making sure that everyone who works for them obeys this, or they will be fined. The bill also asks for the secretary of state to take responsibility for giving mothers information about breastfeeding and for encouraging them to breastfeed.
