Did you know that condoms can't be advertised on tv before 9pm (7pm on Channel 4)? And that's only in the wrapper. They can't be shown unwrapped before half ten at night either... Research by the Sexual Health and HIV Independent Advisory Group found that young people reckoned earlier adverts on safe sex would be more effective.
